IT Support - Remote Server Support

IRW have a strong background in working with businesses to maximise their investment in IT without increasing their operational overhead. Typically we work with businesses that have implemented their own solutions and have their own internal support function, but are looking to leverage our experience and economies of scale in delivering an IT service, without having an impact on the core functions of their business.  

By providing a remote Server Support, we can not only support you when things go wrong, we can also monitor your systems to ensure maximum uptime and minimum business disruption.

In many cases, we have found the key to managing these relationships and issues is people, and from your dedicated Account Manager through to the Service Desk team you will always be safe in the knowledge that you are dealing with a pool of people rather than just an individual.

Our engineers and consultants are used to working in a variety of environments and we are able to bring our experience to deliver business benefits without impacting the corporate strategy. 

Smaller IT departments are vulnerable to skill shortages i.e. holidays, sickness, training as they tend to have a limited resource.  This generally gets left to someone else, further impacting the business by distracting them from their core duties. In addition the cost of running a small IT department can be inflated with many hidden costs. 

We find that once these hidden costs are exposed the decision can be made far simpler as the financial benefits combined with the actual benefits make the business case far more convincing.
