Requirements Analysts

 

For any given project, IRW will deploy experiences Consultant/Analyst resources to further clarify the functional requirements of your needs or application; to prioritise these accordingly in conjunction with you; and track these through product design, development, delivery and approval.

IRW will also set out quality requirements and objectives at the initial requirements specification stage. Quantifiable characteristics will be carefully chosen to ensure that they represent the aims of the project.

IRW have a history of delivering software development projects on time, with the desired functionality and to the predefined budget.

 

PRINCE2 Certified Approach to Project Management

 

We use PRINCE2 as a Project Management Methodology. All IRW's project managers are highly experienced and will have been responsible for the successful management of a large number of web-based systems. This is part of our 4D approach to ensure successful delivery on time and to budget.

IRW follow best practice for ensuring Information Security of client data. Many of our clients have sensitive and/or confidential data, and we use BS 7799/ISO 17799, the code of practise for Information Security Management ; which describes a management framework through which an organisation can examine and improve its security policy. IRW has recognised that this standard is becoming increasingly essential for all public sector, and public sector-serving organisations. It is also vital for any organisation that manages and controls valuable information assets. BS 7799 contains a comprehensive set of security controls to improve the levels of security within an organisation.
