Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 gave the "Power of Choice" as users could deploy it online or on-premise without any difference in capability. The latest version, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 (aka ‘5’), not only offers the same choice but also promises users the "Power of Productivity" through familiar, intelligent and effective connected experiences for people inside and outside an organisation.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online is available in Europe for the first time and is also available in 40 markets, including the UK, and 41 languages, making it suitable for all businesses, great and small. It is a fully feature Rapid Application Development Platform which gives developers and power users the ability to build solutions far more quickly than before, therefore we can produce required applications effectively.
