Project/Programme Managment Ofiice (PMO)
The PMOS division will act as the Change Agent to coordinate the process and methodology development, together with the implementation of the Program Management Office (PMO) and Enterprise Project Management (EPM) toolsets, by developing an Enterprise Project Model to manage Microsoft Project Server, Project Portfolio Server, and Sharepoint Services to reduce cost, improve productivity, and meet compliance guidelines.
